Gothenburg is developing, growing and changing fast. Few cities have its development potential. The planning committee and the city planning office play a central role in this challenge.
Around 60 people work in the planning department on planning, project management and project support in order to produce detailed development plans, programmes and other planning documents.
the department consists of three detailed development planning groups and a project support group.
Qualifications
you are goal and result-oriented, take a holistic perspective and work in a structured and methodical way. You have an excellent ability to cooperate, create trustful relationships and build networks. Your leadership style is clear, inspiring and communicative.
You are a graduate in architecture/planning/spatial planning. You have experience of working in management groups and leading through other managers. You have previously worked on town planning in a public and/or private organisation. Your knowledge of the swedish planning and building act and the environmental code is good.
