On behalf of our customer we are now looking for an operations director.
The role is newly established and reflects the increased demand for the company´s services.
the operations director will be over all responsible for the operations in sweden, responsible for two teams operations and logistics, in total eight people, handling development of shipping trucking, inland container depot, port and related activities, warehouse and consolidation.
The operations director must be self-motivated and pro-actively seek to solve challenges and act in the company’s best interest.
Main tasks is to foster a constant and positive dialogue with principals, colleagues and vendors.
constantly seek opportunities, new business and in a clear and directive manner communicate this to the commercial team. In a joint effort with the commercial team direct, create and pursue the set commercial strategy with a relentless drive to meet or exceed targets. Pro-active and frequently communicate operational challenges, performance and achievements to principals and colleagues.
