The position As delivery partner at jda software (jda) you will be leading complex and large solution-implementation projects in the nordics and the netherlands. Your customer focus will be mainly on the manufacturing but also on the retail industry. As delivery partner you will lead project teams and serve as the first level of escalation point beyond the project manager for all services delivery activity (including services, education and cloud) to assigned customers. You manage a portfolio of projects and ensure that the projects deliver the value/roi expected of the engagement, including quality, budget, and timelines for both the customers and jda software. You will proactively manage project risks for all assigned accounts and be responsible for maintaining accurate revenue forecasts for assigned accounts and projects. Internally, you will orchestrate resources across jda to give the customer an enhanced experience across touch-points. Furthermore, you will establish strategic relationships with each customer, thus ensuring appropriate focus on long-term customer objectives. In the role as delivery partner you are part of an international environment and will report to vice president of manufacturing or retail within jda software emea. We see that you have gained thorough experience of project management and solutions integration by working with large, high-complexity projects with international customers. You demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the manufacturing and/or the retail industry and understand the competitive solution footprints for the retail/manufacturing information systems marketplace. You have experience in presenting and interfacing with senior executives and have excellent communication (written and verbal), client relationship and analytical skills.
