Second opinion

If you want to assess internal candidates, or candidates from your own network, we can offer you a second opinion/personality assessment.

We meet the candidates and carry out a structured behavioural interview. The candidates will also do a personality test and an interview in depth. We will give you feedback with a report and suggestions on how to proceed.
