Saint-Gobain Ecophon was in need of recruiting a new Purchasing Manager and at the same time needed to adjust the profile to further challenge the organization, mainly focusing on strategy and actions. To really challenge themselves with what the main profile should contain, they decided to use an interim solution during the parallel recruiting process in the pursuit of a highly skilled procurement & purchasing professional. We asked Olivier Lallemant, Supply Chain & Operations Director, about their experience in working with K2 Search.
