Quality Systems Manager

As the Quality Systems Manager you will be responsible for the design and implementation of Oriflame´s Quality Management System. You will drive the design and creation of the right framework, procedures and processes to maintain Oriflame’s high standards of quality, reliability and safety.
To deliver this you are going to identify and enforce quality requirements throughout the whole product life cycle process; from new product development to product discontinuation processes. You will own the system and monitor performance.
In this role you work within Oriflame’s global support organization based in Stockholm. You will interact with all different functions globally, liaising with other managers and staff throughout the organization. You will coordinate activities required to meet quality standards and customer expectations. You will make sure the production of data is in line with the company’s goals for quality.

• University degree
• Experience of Quality Management Systems (> 3 years)
• Experience from an international organization
• Fluent in English
• Project management skills are preferable
• Personal drive
• Able to establish and maintain good working relationships
• Willing to walk the extra mile
