For our client we are searching for a head of hr.
Qualifications
• minimum 10 years in hr management with proven record in recruitment, career management and labour law is required.
• education, master degree within business, law or hr management is required.
• excellent written and verbal skills in swedish and english are a requirement.
• experience from coaching others is required
• experience from an international organisation with a demanding environment is highly meriting.

• autonomous – will take own initiative
• positive and solution-oriented – flexible, creative and pragmatic
• business minded – analytical, understanding and having business aspects in focus
• strong relationship building skills
• meticulous and responsive
