tetraeurope stands for two traditional brands under one umbrella. Tetra, the world-wide leading brand in the fields of aquaristic and pond products with a longer than 50 years history of success. And 8in1, a brand offering a successful range of high-quality products for dogs, cats and small pets in the usa for more than 120 years. Since may 2008 the 8in1 products are also distributed in europe supported by tetra’s strength in marketing and distribution and the competence of the us america parent company united pet group.
As kam pet nordic for tetra you will establish and develop strong relationships with major accounts within the grocery stores in finland, sweden, denmark and norway. You will be responsible for and develop one of tetra´s strongest brands, 8-in-1, as well as tetra towards the most important customers within the category grocerys. You will work close together with both the international- and national teams. In this role your focus is to develop both existing- and new customers. You have your own budget responsibility and you will drive the central negotiations with purchase and category management with in your customers. You are responsible for the marketing strategy and its execution.
As a kam pet nordic for tetra you will also be responsible for budget, forecast, availability, visibility, pricing and trade engagements for the products to grow profitability. Internally, you make sure to have a close collaboration with marketing, trade marketing and sales to achieve an optimal customer communication.
To succeed in this role you have a good understanding of how to create sales success through continuous monitoring against budget. You are used to work with forecasts and reporting.

qualifications
• a proven track record in a key account position
• good knowledge and relationships within grocery/fmcg, primary in produced sector
• good purchase- and category management contacts in the grocery sector
• experience with pet-products would be desirable
• strong negotiation skills
• used to work structured
• understanding of the long term strategy and the short term tactics
• excellent knowledge of the english language both written as well as spoken
