As HR Manager on the commercial side of Magine you will work as a business partner; in charge of all HR related matters. Given the intense and ambitious roll-out and expansion plan set ahead for Magine, you will benefit from a strong understanding and passion for business as well as organizational design and growth.

As HR Manager you will report and work close to EVP HR, cooperating with her in all HR related matters. This includes a broad spectrum of HR related areas such as recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, compliance etc. Tasks and projects will vary in type and scope but initially focus will be on organization design resulting in global recruitment to support internationalization. You will also work with organizational development and how to optimally build a global organization with central competencies.

Your role involves defining how HR will support the organization during different stages in the organization’s growth including growth in various countries. The EVP HR is responsible for the overall structure, strategy and direction but needs the support of a strong partner who is solution oriented and not afraid to challenge. As HR Manager you will be the natural point of contact for HR related questions and work with continuous coaching of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years as a HR generalist with proven record in recruitment, career management and organization development is required.
  • Experience from commercial side of a strong agile product development company.
  • Education, academic degree is required, within business or HR is preferred.
  • Magine’s business language is English; therefore excellent written and verbal skill in English is a requirement.
  • Experience from an international organization, tech company and/ or rapid growth company within a demanding environment is highly meriting.
