Country Manager, Sweden

elkome group delivers systems to industry for the needs of production and product development. we offer solutions with which our customers can make their production more effective and safer. using our products and services our customer can produce higher quality and make more competitive products. elkome group consist of elkome systems, elkome software and elkome installaatiot. headquarter with 34 employees is situated in hyvinkää, finland. elkome systems ab will be established in august 2014 and located in stockholm. read more at www.elkome.fi   

elkome systems aim is to be an expert and high quality system supplier for industry. in our operations we invest in efficiency and customer satisfaction. we want to be part of our customer’s value production chain and offer added value through our services. it is now decided to further invest in the swedish markets growth potential and establish elkome systems ab.

in line with this ambition the company is now looking for a country manager. this role will assume full profit and loss responsibility for the organization and business in sweden. in this role your main responsibility is to enhance the company´s position on the swedish market and increase sales. you will execute the board´s ambitions for the swedish market by formulating the optimal strategy and do the break-down into operational goals locally to achieve it.

you need to have a strategic perspective and the ability to execute it on the local market. your focus will primarily be on sales and sales management to increase the number of customers and grow market share. we are looking for someone who is hungry and passionate and that has that drive for results and excellence of delivery. to be successful in this position you need to love sales, enjoying the fact of making it happen. you have stamina and you are engaged by the ability to make it happen. you are self-motivated and can easily encourage and inspire people around you.

qualifications

  • proven record of computer sales result within b2b or b2c
  • deep it, computer and computer hardware knowledge
  • experience from start-up company in its building phase
  • academic degree
