Snow Software is currently seeking a Sales and Operations Manager to support the expansion in the Nordic region. In short, we are looking for a flexible and service minded manager with extensive customer focus and business acumen. You have a profound desire to have processes, methods and routines put in place to support increased sales in your organization.

What you’ll be doing

As the Sales and Operations Manager you will lead a team of 3-4 professionals. You will be part of the Nordic Management team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Establish a structured sales process including a successful launch of the CRM system Salesforce.
  • Initiate a new process for leads generation aiming at increased sales and a new process for aftersales, including to maintain good relationships with clients and to secure license renewals.  
  • Compose business analysis based on system output.

What we require from you

  • Extensive experience in supporting end users in CRM systems e.g. Salesforce
  • Proven experience in understanding and establishing sales processes
  • Ability to listen and understand customers’ demands
  • Experience in SAM (tools and/or processes) or the IT-industry is a merit
  • Fluent in English and Swedish
  • Used to working with figures, reports and to conduct analysis
