on behalf of our client we are currently looking for a country manager sweden.

the role as country manager in sweden will be an important part in developing and building the swedish business and reflects the increased demand for our client’s product and service portfolio in sweden. the country manager will translate the company´s objectives and strategies to brand portfolio objectives, strategies and plans to facilitate the companies’ growth and development of the swedish team. you will work closely with the sales team in order to enabling them to meet their commercial objectives as well as individual targets. the company's products, which are developed and produced in their own factories, is innovative and environmentally friendly.

qualifications

  • proven experience and a good track record in sales management and sales
  • experience of change management and being able to development business and people
  • familiar with/experience from development of business through key accounts, partners and distributors
  • understanding and experience of direct sales as well as well as sales through key accounts and distributors
  • budget and sales responsibility with proven track record
