Sales Manager

Main purpose of the role

as a member of the european sales team reporting to the ceem commercial manager, the sales manager – altro nordic is responsible for maximising sales and achieving profitability in the designated territory (sweden, denmark and norway), in the line with the regional strategic plan, and responsible for providing effective leadership for their sales team and distributors/wholesaler partners.

  •  commercial responsibility
  •  profit and loss management for designated areas
  •  market development


  •  excellent business and commercial skills with a proven track record to contribute to regional/company strategy
  •  experience in leadership of sales teams and staff members
  •  experience in effective distributor/key account management
  •  knowledge and understanding of operational p/l accountability
  •  experience in specification selling and business development
  •  graduate calibre or equivalent through experience

Personal specification

  •  strong strategic thinking skills combined with the ability to implement and follow up plans
  •  strong customer focus with excellent communication
  •  team player – at departmental and company level. Good listening and coaching skills
  •  fluency in english essential.
