The Scandinavian region at Orion Pharma consists of a team of 75 employees in Sweden, Denmark and Norway. As Head of the region, you have the full responsibility for the operations and for leading the way in ensuring increased sales growth and profitability. Your mission is to create and implement the regional business strategy in order to excel the current targets.
Organizationally, you have five managers reporting to you and are part of the global sales management team; you will be reporting to Senior VP Global Sales based in Finland. You will act as Managing Director for three legal entities present in the region, and thus you have the employer responsibility for all Orionees in the region within all three business areas (human pharmaceuticals, animal health and diagnostics). Your main responsibility and focus lies within building the Global Sales i.e. the human pharmaceuticals business in Scandinavia.
