Quant is looking for a HR professional to be in charge of the operative human resource management and development in Quant Sweden, Norway and Denmark. In this role you are responsible for the implementation of the HR strategy within your countries and for supporting the business across the life cycle. You act as the business HR partner to the site managers which includes being involved in the strategy process, planning, change management and people management areas.
The HR Manager is a generalist within HR. This involves being in charge of all the HR processes (local and global), recruitments, negotiations with unions, questions concerned the legal issues and support sales in some business cases in the region. The HR Manager will be involved during takeover of employees and also take part in the implementation phase from an HR perspective in the global rollout of a new ERP system.
In this role you will report to the Regional VP Human Resources Northern and Central Europe and be part of the Swedish Management team. The position is based in Stockholm and traveling will be required 2-3 days a week to Quant sites (Piteå, Västerås, Örebro, Figeholm, Ludvika and Karlskrona) in Sweden.
This is a challenging and varied position with large potential to grow and develop within the company. Quant is still going through a transition period and you will take part in setting the processes and building the organization. A global set up means that you will not only be involved in Nordic but also in Global activities. For somebody who enjoy working in a fast changing environment this is the right challenge.
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of three years’ experience of broad HR work. Desirable/advantageous is if you have experience from organizational changes, transformations, restructuring and experience from the service industry or industrial environments. Requirement is extensive knowledge of Swedish labour law and experience of union negotiations. You also need experience from working in a Global/Nordic or multisite location environment. You have a university degree in preferably HR or business administration and excellent communication skills in Swedish and English. As a person you are flexible, open to change and an excellent problem solver.
