Vice President Sales – Nordics

Nordic capital acquired abb full service from the abb group at the end of 2014, supporting the creation of a strong independent company within industrial maintenance – quant. Globally quant employs around 2500 people.


Quant is looking for a vice president sales to cover the nordic market with initial focus on sweden, norway and denmark. As vice president sales you are responsible for determine customer needs, find solutions and develop strategies to meet those needs. You are responsible for sales in given territory for new customers/new sites of existing customers. In this role you will cooperate with the local/global sales teams and support the development of regional sales plan. You are also responsible for creating individual sales plans.

In this role you will report to the regional manager for northern and central europe.

we are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 7 years combined experience in sales, business and market development. You understand customer industry and key process value drivers with a high degree of acumen. You are used to set up meetings with and being in front of top management. Experience of working in international environment and proven track record of success in value selling of large and complex service solutions is needed. You have experience in sales process, tools and methodologies and case study development. You are comfortable with statistical and financial evaluation tools and methods. As a person you are creative, outgoing, enthusiastic and result driven. You have excellent oral and written communication and facilitations skills and basic is a skills of legal matters.
