About Kloosterboer

An ultramodern, state of the art automated cold store facility has been built near Helsingborg. Kloosterboer has an agreement with Findus and another large producer of frozen foodstuffs, whereby Kloosterboer is to realise a warehouse and transport solution for the Nordics for our customers. Therefore, Kloosterboer has developed a new automated cold store facility in the South of Sweden with a capacity of more than 74,000 pallet positions.
In addition to warehousing, Kloosterboer provides a wide range of value added services, including transport, distribution and customs formalities. Focus is on innovation, sustainability and efficiency, including proven IT-solutions on EDI communication, KPI reporting and online visibility tools. The ultimate aim is to obtain the most efficiently integrated supply chain.

The role

We are now searching for an HR Manager who will continue to further develop our HR function. In this position you will independently handle all HR related issues, work in close collaboration with and report to the Managing Director. You are also a part of the Management Team. This position has a wide operating range and includes operative as well as strategic responsibilities.

In this role you will have the overall responsibilities for:

  • Development of the HR department and continuous improvements

Candidate profile

We are looking for candidates with an academic degree in HR or organization, preferably minimum 8-10 years of wide experience within the HR field. Experience with start-ups of HR functions is an advantage and the ability to create a strong team spirit is highly valued. In your areas of expertise, you have extensive knowledge of labour law and its practical application. It is crucial that you have a high proficiency in spoken and written Swedish and English.
