in the role as learning specialist you will be the company specialist in learning in regards of pedagogic models, methods and tools. You will be responsible for accelerating the competence readiness by offering advice and support to the business units/areas. You will be a part of a dedicated team as well as competence board and lead the development of learning strategies. You will work closely with the other learning specialists, unit/area competence owners and hr managers globally and hence build an internal network to secure proactive analysis regarding strategic and/or operational needs.
