In the role of Learning Specialist within Volvo Car Academy you will together with four colleagues play an important part in competence development at Volvo Cars’ globally. In the role as Learning Specialist you will be the company specialist in learning in regards of pedagogic models, methods and tools. You will be responsible for accelerating the competence readiness by offering advice and support to the business units/areas. You will be a part of a dedicated team as well as Competence Board and lead the development of learning strategies. You will work closely with the other Learning Specialists, unit/area Competence Owners and HR Managers globally and hence build an internal network to secure proactive analysis regarding strategic and/or operational needs. The position offers a challenging opportunity to be a part of an innovative HR organisation within a global automotive company that has safety, quality and care for the environment as its guiding principles. You work out of Volvo Cars’ HQ in Torslanda.
• University degree or equivalent in Pedagogy, Psychology or Social Science
• Experience in design of learning solutions, leadership development and developing people
• Experience as a project leader of development projects
