We are currently looking for a Business Controller.
The newly established role as Business Controller will play an important part in the continuous development of the Nordic business and reflects the increased demand for our product portfolio in the region. In your role as the business controller you will be an important liaison between finance/sales/management and strongly contribute to the business development processes. Some of your responsibilities will be to monitor and take ownership of procedures and action plans to improve the business performance, analyze any relevant controlling issues affecting the business functions in the Nordics, budget and estimates, and support the preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly closings. To succeed in the role you need a broad understanding of financials and their link to the strategic decision making process and talent to reduce complexity by challenging the status quo.

• University degree in Finance/Economics, minimum BA, preferably MBA
• Approximately 10 years work experience in finance/economics
• Accounting background – firm on basic accounting principles
• Experience working in support of and in a management team
• Experience of leading complex projects
• Language skills: fluent English in spoken and written
• Skilled communicator (cross functional role)
• Commercial understanding
• Analytical skills (SAP M3 environment)
• Solution oriented
