the corporate leadership development trainer work in a team responsible for creating and delivering the corporate leadership portfolio. The position offers a challenging opportunity to be a part of an innovative hr organisation within a global automotive company that has safety, quality and care for the environment as its guiding principles. In your role you will deliver and create learning programmes as an internal supplier from senior levels down to first line leaders. You will work closely with the corporate leadership development trainers, leadership learning specialist and the leadership process owner with a strong focus on continued improvement, innovation and delivery.
