We are now looking for two highly motivated Business Development Managers – one for the Bakery and Pastry segment and one for the Confectionary segment. Two new positions where you will be responsible for the development and sales of all Specialties & Decorations products in the Bakery Pastry segment and the Confectionary segment in Nordics.
You will manage and execute all commercial projects within your own segment. That includes ensuring efficient project management and excellent communication with both internal and external stakeholders. You will address daily business issues with Sales, Customer care and Project Management at ASM Foods. You will also address client’s needs with R&D. You will act as facilitator and spokesperson for clients and local Sales teams. You will follow-up business targets and projects with both local sales teams as well as Sales Managers.
Your working place is located at ASM Foods in Mjölby, 35 km outside Linköping. Depending on where you live, you will have the possibility to work from home but we want you to be at ASM Foods on regular basis. You must be able to travel more than 50 days yearly in the Nordic countries.

We work in a matrix organization and you will report to the Business Development Director, BU Specialties & Decorations at the Western Europe Headquarter in Wieze, close to Brussels.
• We prefer that you have got an academic education with a relevant bachelor degree
• 3-5 years of experience in sales & marketing environment
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent in Scandinavian and English, both in written and spoken
• Dedicated, taking own initiatives
• Result driven and goal oriented
• Good negotiator with strong communications skills
• A team player, who can motivate colleagues and internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent project management skills
