General Manager Sweden

Our client is producing and marketing its products and services industrial hygiene & maintenance thru a network of carefully selected distributors and subsidiaries in europe, asia, america and the middle east. The company mission is to provide innovative, efficient and safe products, responding to diversity need and different protocols.

 

On behalf of our client we are currently looking for a general manager sweden

The role as general manager in sweden will be an important part in developing and building the swedish business and reflects the increased demand for our client’s product and service portfolio in sweden. The general manager will translate the company´s objectives and strategies to brand portfolio objectives, strategies and plans to facilitate the companies’ growth and development of the swedish team.  you will work closely with the sales team, enabling them to meet their commercial objectives as well as individual targets.

Qualifications

• proven experience and track record in sales management and sales
• experience of change management and be able to development business and people
• familiar with/experience from development of business through key accounts, partners and distributors
• understanding and experience of direct sales as well as well as sales through key accounts and distributors
• budget and sales responsibility with proven track record
