On behalf of our client we are currently looking for a GENERAL MANAGER SWEDEN
The role as General Manager in Sweden will be an important part in developing and building the Swedish business and reflects the increased demand for our client’s product and service portfolio in Sweden. The General Manager will translate the company´s objectives and strategies to brand portfolio objectives, strategies and plans to facilitate the companies’ growth and development of the Swedish team. You will work closely with the sales team, enabling them to meet their commercial objectives as well as individual targets. The company’s products, which are developed and produced in their own factories, is innovative and environmentally friendly.
The position as General Manager offers a challenging opportunity to be a part of an innovative, value-driven international industry group that has respect, responsibility, knowledge and passion as its guiding principles. You are responsible for hitting the objectives set, P&L results, for building the brand and service portfolio, managing and developing the sales team as well your own sales. The company group culture is to live the mission, values and ambitions every day. In this role you are part of the Nordic and Northern Europe Management Team and you will be a major contributor taking the business to the next level. The position is based in the Uppsala and reports to the Managing Director Northern Europe.
• Proven experience and track record in sales management and sales
• Experience of change management and be able to development business and people
• Familiar with/experience from development of business through key accounts, partners and distributors
• Understanding and experience of direct sales as well as well as sales through key accounts and distributors
• Budget and sales responsibility with proven track record
• Strong drive
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
• Confident and dynamic leadership skills
• Result- and performance oriented
• Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach
