The sales function within Business Assurance sells our core services of management system certification, supply chain management, product assurance and training to existing and new customers globally. After growing and strengthening our sales team in the northern Europe region throughout 2015 we are now looking for a proactive and experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage our dynamic sales team of eleven staff based in Solna, Sweden.
In the position as Sales Manager you will develop and implement the business plans and sales strategy for the Swedish market ensuring achievement of sales targets and profitability. You will drive and manage the sales funnel and take a lead role in pro-actively building sales opportunities using all available channels. With a good understanding of the Swedish certification market you have the ability to identify and develop new opportunities. Together with the key customers in the market you should drive business development within Business Assurance. As an operative and strategic sales manager you should be able to create a culture together with your team of proactivity, customer centricity and efficient sales processes.
In this role you will report to the Regional Sales and Marketing Manager Northern Europe. The position is based in Solna and some traveling may be required.

We are looking for candidates with a proven track record of leading and developing an effective sales team and with a background within certification. You should have strong leadership capabilities combined with a record of hitting personal and team sales targets in an international and B2B environment. As a person you are engaged, result focused, organised and perseverant. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English.
