The operations function secure that sales converts into an efficient delivery. A professional and efficient delivery is supported by a central planning function and multi skilled team of auditors. We are now looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and manage our customer care centre, planning function, technical management as well as the resource base.
In the role as Operations Manager you are responsible for cost efficiency, customer care centre response time and data quality, and efficient and timely transformation from sales to revenue. You will ensure service delivery and customer centricity at all levels. You will actively work with development of the needed competences within operations and lead and manage individual performances in your team. In this role you will report to the Regional Operations Manager Northern Europe and the position is based in Solna, Sweden.

We are looking for candidates with a proven track record of leading and developing an effective operations team. You are an experienced leader with the ability to firmly delegate, motivate and set goals. As a leader you are a communicative and passionate change driver with a record of hitting personal and team targets in an international B2B environment. A background in certification is an advantage. Your personal characteristics are solution-oriented, organized, ambitious and perseverant. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English.
