this is a visible and high profile medical position within a growing midsize global pharmaceutical company. In the role, you will be responsible for overall medical affairs related topics in respect to policies, strategies, products and activities. You will be instrumental in setting and achieving team and individual goals that support and help secure grünenthals overall management and business strategies including portfolio lifecycle management of in-market products and in paving the way for new product launches. You will be responsible for the medical affairs related interactions with key opinion leaders across the nordic region, performed by yourself and the two msl’s reporting directly to you. You will also from a corporate perspective and via your dotted line to svp medical affairs europe/australia ensure that the nordic medical perspectives are communicated to and integrated in international and global teams.
• similar role with people management experience in a nordic affiliate or experience as medical advisor and ready for your next level
• specialized products/therapy area experience where product positioning, life-cycle management and patient compliance is enhanced by effective dialogue with kol’s and authorities
• knowledge of managing high-scientific content products
• medical doctors degree is a must, preferably with a few years of relevant clinical experience
• pragmatic and non-prestigious
