To be able to spend time in another market is considered to be a development for the overall organisation, for the local market/function as well as for the individual employee.
The core business of Capgemini is outsourcing project which make the International Assignments team a critical function for the organization. The client is looking at updating and clarifying this framework in order to meet the increased mobility facing the company’s growth. In order to gain internal consent, this framework needs to be formulated in close cooperation with different managers and other internal stakeholders, as well as taking into account the learnings and experiences gathered throughout the years.
The engagement is to manage and ensure the compliance and security of Capgemini consultants travelling on assignments outside the home country.
Your main responsibilities will be to secure an efficient process for mobility activities such as travel compliance, visa and permit management regardless of on-shore or off-shore process steps.
Within a company that is truly global, the international assignments group does aim to become a full-service function. Therefore, it is important to define the group’s responsibilities and continue working proactively with new international projects.
Today, you have worked with expatriate contracts and policies for at least four years. You are used to working in an international setting and have very good language skills – proficiency in languages besides Swedish and English are meriting. You have an educational and professional background within HR, finance or another related area.
