Tunstall is in a phase of transformation of their business and therefore need to strengthen their organization by recruiting a business transformation manager to the nordic head office in malmö. The purpose of the role is to work across the nordics (sweden, denmark, finland), lead internal process improvement projects and develop a culture of process excellence and continuous improvement throughout the organization. Areas of focus will include fit for purpose internal processes for new propositions and business channels. • deliver process improvement projects on time and in line with budget, drawing on a virtual team on a day to day basis
• identify areas of excellent practice in other territories and apply in the nordics
• ensure awareness of process improvement and excellence with employees across the nordics
• ensure that processes and the organizational model support business strategy, support innovation and change
• ensure streamlining and consistency of business processes and practices across all countries within the territory
• educate process owners on continuous improvement methodologies, help them address their own specific challenges and produce detailed project plans for process improvement activities
• define metrics aligned to the business plan and the strategic objectives
• establish appropriate feedback mechanisms to ensure that continuous improvement takes place
• identify opportunities for cost savings / revenue via process improvement initiatives
• lead the quality assurance work and ensure that tunstall maintains all necessary accreditations and standards
• capable of driving change and constructively handle resistance
• significant experience in a business analysis or process excellence role
• extensive knowledge in process design and implementation
• significant experience of internal audit processes and methodologies
• able to lead and manage a virtual team that may include internal and external auditors, quality and information governance team members
• experience of presenting business process improvement initiatives including development of businesses cases as appropriate
• experience from applicable systems, standards and methodologies such as iso, lean, six sigma, prince 2, itil, etc.
