Business Process Excellence Manager

The position

As our business process excellence manager you will be responsible for driving the project “competitive and efficient processes and governance” in close cooperation with our business process excellence consultant and leaders and employees across scandinavia.

In your role, you should be able to challenge status quo and think out of the box, co-create the optimal solutions together with our leaders on best possible solutions, secure true implementation of the new processes and anchor responsibilities.

You have several years of well documented experience within process excellence, business transformation and change management.

We are looking for two people to join our business improvement team. As part of the team, you will be working in the cross field of strategy, business transformation, continuous improvement and processes. Your focus will primarily be on driving process excellence throughout our scandinavian organization, ensuring that business process outcomes are in line with our strategic goals and that our governance structure is followed. You will work in close cooperation with leaders and employees in all departments and report to the vp of business improvement.

We expect you to:

• have experience with end to end process management (mapping, design and optimization)
• be business driven and always see the customer’s perspective
• have knowledge of how to truly implement new ideas and solutions
• have the ability to communicate with people on all levels
• possess a very strong analytical mindset and be structured in your work approach
• be a strong facilitator
• communicate fluently in english in addition to one of the scandinavian languages
• possess excellent writing skills
• be knowledgeable of erp systems and other business support systems
• have a relevant degree from a business school or university
• be able to work out of copenhagen, stockholm, gothenburg or asker and travel as required within scandinavia.
