Roschier is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Lead to join its Helsinki office 

Roschier is one of the leading law firms in the Nordic region, and the firm continues to grow. We are now looking to find an enthusiastic and service-minded professional to join us in Helsinki.

As the lead of our cross-border Talent Acquisition function (Finland & Sweden), you will take ownership of your ambitious team and ensure you together deliver results according to our Tier 1 company standards. You believe in modern and proactive talent acquisition and you see your team’s expertise as the key to ensuring Roschier’s competitive advantage. The talent acquisition team works as sales-minded recruitment professionals, ensuring we attract the brightest minds on the talent market also in the future.

In this role, you will be expected to lead by example, managing some end-to-end recruits yourself, both lawyers and business support professionals. You will be constantly coaching and sparring your team members and developing your ways of working to match evolving needs.

Taking an active role in our employer branding initiatives by working closely with our external and internal stakeholders will also be a key item on your agenda. Together with your team you will promote Roschier as an attractive employer of choice and build on our external brand awareness.

The successful candidate will hold the below experience and knowledge:

  • solid experience from working with end-to-end recruitment
  • proven resilience in fast-paced environments and you get energized, not stressed, when handling multiple recruits and projects simultaneously
  • proactive and performance-oriented
  • share our values and commitment to providing first-class service and candidate experience
  • enjoy networking and building relationships, both internally and externally
  • preferably already have experience from employer branding activities, or strong interest towards learning more about them
  • fluent in written and spoken Finnish and English, Swedish is a plus
  • relevant university degree.
