Corporate Governance Specialist

We offer

As our Regional Corporate Governance Specialist, you will work hands-on in the areas of compliance, legal, and medical affairs across Olympus’ North European region. You will work closely with and support the Regional Corporate Governance Officer across all areas. In the area of compliance, you will co-develop and maintain the compliance management system in relation to healthcare compliance, third-party management and others. You will also provide advice in regional compliance and data privacy matters as well as conduct internal training and onboarding activities for new employees. In the area of legal affairs, you will support and drive the implementation of initiatives from the EMEA headquarters. In the area of medical affairs, you will provide advice and work hands-on with creating contracts and ensuring process compliance for all HCP interactions.

Your background

  • A few years’ experience in similar positions
  • Relevant legal/compliance experience, preferably from the healthcare- or other relevant sector
  • Practical experience in contract management
  • Relevant academic degree in legal, business administration or similar considered a plus
  • Excellent English proficiency
