Group Talent and Leadership Program Manager

Rosti is a global plastics injection moulding company and subcontract manufacturer to some of the world’s leading manufacturers in the packaging, consumer appliances, business machines and medical sectors. Today we have production facilities in Sweden, Germany, Poland, Romania, UK, Turkey, China and Malaysia. The group employs some 3,500 co-workers, and our head office is situated in Malmö, Sweden. Rosti is owned by Nordstjernan, a Swedish family-controlled investment company with headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden.

To secure the delivery of Leadership Programme and Talent initiatives on a global level, Rosti will be hiring a Group Talent and Leadership Program Manager.

As a part of Group HR structure it will be your job to secure the current and emerging needs of Rosti business by Talent Management initiatives, Succession and Senior Leadership Program for Rosti’s top level managers. That includes planning, designing and delivering these initiatives from a group level in close collaboration with SVP HR. You will also be expected to provide operational support for Malmö HQ and sales and marketing office in UK

The role is based out of Rosti’s global Head Office in Malmö and you will be reporting to the SVP HR.

Key responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Being a programme leader for Rosti’s leadership development programme for the companies top level managers.
  • Secure design of modules with a blend of internal trainers and different external vendors
  • Designing and implementing a fit for purpose talent process which focuses on our predefined critical positions
  • Creating and implementing tools for targeted and tailored support for efficient career planning for the identified critical positions; planning should include, relocation, secondments, job rotation etc.
  • On a regular basis, supporting the reporting of Talent Gap, Talent Supply, Talent Development with input from the business and also ensuring that right actions are taken
  • Ensuring alignment with other initiatives across Rosti and sharing best practice
  • Supporting succession planning activities from a group level
  • In close collaboration with SVP HR ensure a delivery in line with Rosti’s purpose and strategic goals
  • Operational HR responsibility for both HQ in Malmö and Sales and Marketing Office in the UK.

You can expect regular travel activity to visit the Rosti sites when required

Your qualifications

We expect you to have a formal degree in HR, or other relevant education and 5-10 years of international work experience within a similar field, either as in-house or as consultant or both

We also expect you to have:

  • High degree of self-motivation and ability to manage and solve the tasks at hand
  • Strong understanding and experience from leadership development design and training in line with client specifications
  • Experience from working in a generalist HR role; experience of HR work in UK is considered as an advantage.
  • Excellent understanding and hands-on experience from both recruitment and assessment
  • Strong ability to adjust according to business demands
  • Ability to communicate at all levels, strong consultancy skills
  • Strong project leader with excellent ability to influence others
  • Previous experience from  working with Talent Management globally and at executive level
  • Excellent track record of building successful relationships and collaborating in a Matrix organisation
  • Very good communication level in English
