The Human Capital services help organisations manage and sustain their performance through their most important asset: their people. We power enterprises in an ever-changing, digital world where the future of work demands a human experience and new work outcomes through Workforce, Organization, and HR Transformation, powered by research and assets to unlock value in enterprises. We see Human Capital as a topic critical to the C-Suite; serving more than HR organizations – from the CEO to CFO, Risk Manager to Business Unit leader.

Deloitte´s Organization Transformation team, within the Human Capital Division, focuses on transforming the customers organization to support its business strategy. This may include changing the organization’s culture, modernizing specific functions or redesigning the structure of an organization. With a high demand on the market the team is now experiencing rapid growth and are now looking for their new Offering Lead Organizational Transformation. This to further strengthening the team and market precence in Stockholm.

About the position

As an Offering Lead you will manage and deliver in a various of areas and responsibilities such as drive sales opportunities, client engagement, business development, leadership as well as strengthen Deloitte´s position as a leader in the marketplace. Your working days will include a variety of strategic and operational tasks and you will lead and manage teams or work-streams to contribute to the overall project success. You will co-operate with colleagues across the Nordics, North & South Europe and Global.

In this role you will be a key person in our trusted advisoring in helping our clients manage and sustain there performance. As a Offering Lead you will lead a group of strong performing consultats and help us expand and develop our business thru world class services within Human Capital. You will be a part of a succesful team within Deloitte Consulting.

These are your main responsibilities:

  • Use the position to build capability and related networks to enhance delivery
  • dentifies opportunities to combine multiple offerings to deliver enhanced client solutions
  • Creating an environment that encourages diverse perspectives, different points of view and innovation.
  • Leads teams to develop eminence, assets, or related materials to support new market offerings and methodologies within sector and/or domain area to fit the Swedish market.
  • Supports clients with building or enhancing their internal capabilities and helps promote these capabilities to the organization.
  • Helps client create energy for and align their organization to the changes needed for success
  • Strong understanding of Organization Transformation solutions and the ability to produce broad business HR process designs.
  • Lead and manage Organization Workforce and Transformation projects and initiatives
  • Actively drive pre-sales and bid activities

About you

We believe you have a strong passion for Human Capital and see the possibilities people can and will do for business in all organizations. To be successful in this role we believe you have a former senior consultancy experience along with knowledge and experience from leading other people in teams and/or projects. You also have experience within business development, sales, HR strategy´s, change management, organization design and transformation. We believe that working as a trusted business advisor to senior client leaders is something you are confident with. As a person your strategic mindset and ability to demonstrate a global mindset as a role model in the organization will be important, along with your capacity of building and sustaining relationships.
