The CSO should provide leadership, direction and resource stewardship to the organization’s sales and marketing function. As the organization’s senior-most sales leader, the CSO is accountable for overall sales organization performance, the profitable achievement of sales organization goals, and for aligning sales objectives with firm business strategy. Partners and distributers are the main channel for sales but there are also some direct sales along with some Key Account Management and the CSO is responsible to optimize the mix of the different sales channels. The CSO is part of the management. 


The position as Chief Sales Officer offers an opportunity to be a part of a group of passionate employees at a company with a strong market position. Operating internationally with possibility to further increase the company’s market shares within several markets, this assignment will be challenging and exciting for the right candidate. The position is based in Sundbyberg, Stockholm. CSO reports to the company CEO. The position requires approximately 50 travel days a year.   


·      Master in Business Administration or equivalent 

·      Minimum five years of sales management experience in sales business-to-business

·      Experience of working with ERP preferably Microsoft´s ERP suite Dynamics 365 

·      Knowledge about how Microsoft drives partner sales 

·      Experience of contract negotiation 

·      Fluent Swedish and English  


·      Experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations


·      Strong leadership qualities 

·      Self motivated with great social skills 

·      Result oriented and always striving for higher goals
