You will further develop and expand the existing business in the Nordics and explore new opportunities through sales towards trade, industry with a complete portfolio of high quality panel solutions. You will support existing dealer network as well as continuously work with identifying and contracting new partners. You are regularly visiting customers and prospects to provide them with the necessary guidance, support and training for their local sales people. An important part of the role will be to analyse and understand the market trends to ensure that Unilin is well positioned to maximize the potential of its product offering. You will cover the Nordic region, which means that you must like extensive travelling in the region and frequent trips to headquarters in Belgium. You work from a home based office in one of the Stockholm, Gothenburg or Malmö metropolitan areas and report directly to the headquarters in Belgium.
You have a minimum of 3-5 years relevant sales experience in a B2B setting, ideally with interior fittings in the public sector, i.e. shop, office, hotel, restaurant etc. Know-how from the panels and construction materials market, preferably with a Nordic perspective, is a strong asset.
You have an entrepreneurial and business oriented mindset. You are a strong relation builder with ability to create trust. You thrive in a context where your personal drive and own initiatives are required to be successful in your role.
