Sales & Operations Planning Manager - Munters

Sales and Operations Planning Manager

The overall objective for the Sales and Operations Planning Manager within Strategic Operations is to enable successful growth for Munters by building a stable, transparent and predictable supply chain that stretches all the way from forecasting customer demand, through production planning to delivery. You will lead and develop the global end-to-end S&OP process across functions. This includes facilitating the monthly S&OP process and Executive S&OP meeting and the Global Supply Planning Process for the largest Business Area – AirTech. You will participate in regional/Global Demand Review Meetings as well as in Regional/Global Supply Review Meetings.

The position is part of the Logistics and Supply Chain team within Strategic Operations. We support Munters two Business Areas on their journey towards operational excellence. You will report to the Head of Logistics and Supply chain and you are preferably located at the HQ of Munters in Kista, Stockholm. International travelling is to be anticipated.

In order to be successful in this role you have previous experience within manufacturing and Supply Chain/S&OP. You understand the end-to-end perspective and how identify and to drive improvements. You are result oriented, structured and with a high ambition to contribute to the overall business of the company. You have experience from analyzing data and understanding the demand and supply dependencies with a customer focus. You are strong in facilitation, stakeholder management, presentation skills, balancing demand with supply planning into successful execution.

Your qualifications:

  • Good understanding of end-to-end processes and optimization of value chains
  • Analytical and structured mindset
  • Social skills with an ability to communicate and interact on all levels in a company
  • 5-10 years of working experience in an industrial B2B environment
  • MSc degree in engineering or logistics, MBA or similar, Supply Chain Master degree or equivalent
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
