As HR Manager you will take an active part in the company’s growth journey. Abilia will grow into new market segments, both nationally and internationally, which will be fulfilled through organic expansion as well as through acquisitions.
You will have the full HR mandate for Abilia and are responsible for the HR agenda. Also, you have responsibility for three areas within HR. Firstly, as Abilia grows, the HR Manager will take active part in integrating acquired entities, ensuring organizational setups and successful cultural integration. Secondly, as HR Manager you will oversee the overall culture of Abilia very close to the business. Thirdly, leadership is key to all the above and a solid leadership culture will be an important part of the HR Manager’s agenda.
As HR Manager, you will work very closely with Abilia´s CEO and CFO; together you will build efficient and profitable organizations. Also, you will support and coach business leaders and executives in various HR challenges.
Closely related to the HR agenda, you will have the responsibility to run and develop Abilia´s sustainability certification process, where you will have the Manager of Quality & Regulatory Affairs reporting to you. And naturally, once a quarter you will run Abilia´s Leadership Forum, which purpose it to ensure that Abilia as a group meet´s the targets for the year. Also, to build leadership, culture and great cooperation between Abilias departments. Additional areas of responsibility are; payroll management, sustainability, compliance and GDPR.
To succeed in the role and to thrive and bloom at Abilia, you are a confident, clear, and business-driven HR Manager who easily gains the trust and inspires your colleagues to grow and succeed in their assignments.
You have a solid foundation in the core of HR involving everything from labour law and union negotiations to developing culture, leadership, and company values, preferably from an international environment.
You have been part of a management team, and you know how to own the HR agenda but also take active part in the full strategic company agenda. Experience from the HR side in mergers & acquisitions is a very strong merit, as well as if you have worked in more than one of the Nordic countries. Since the position also involves the responsibility for Abilia’s sustainability agenda, experience from working with ESG is also an advantage. Fluency in Swedish as well as English is a must.
