We offer

Getinge Acute Care Therapies (ACT) develops technologies and products for life support in acute health conditions for cardiac, pulmonary and vascular therapies, respirators for mobile ventilation, and portable, acute treatment of cardiac and pulmonary patients. In your role as general Manager Sales Nordics you represent one of few large Swedish medtech companies. You manage a prestigious and market leading brand with products and technologies developed and manufactured inhouse by Getinge and which in many situations are directly life saving for both children and adults in acute care situations.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Your role is to challenge, motivate and monitor your two sales teams within Acute Care and Cardiovascular in reaching their challenging business targets. Besides that, you play an active role in the Nordic Management team when it comes to the overall management of the business and setting the yearly budgets and commercial plans for the two business areas. You report directly to the General Manager Nordics. The office is based in Solna/Stockholm.

Your background and experience

  • Strong proven leadership and team building qualities, preferably gained by leading people in remote locations and as both first and second line manager
  • Solid tactic and strategic marketing & sales track record
  • Exposure to cardiovascular medtech a plus
  • Experience from managing a tender business model a plus
  • Strong execution skills
  • Excellent English verbally and in writing
