The Nordics is a key focus for Invibes. By joining the Invibes Team you will have the unique opportunity to lead the strategic partnerships of this market. Your clients will be among the leading Scandinavian advertisers and agencies, you will lead relationships and consult with stakeholders at all levels.

We are a commercially driven team, who lead new product developments globally and are starting to overtake other well established European markets within the business. But most importantly, as we always say, are the people! You would lead the development of the Nordics commercial team, establish the Stockholm office that will have satellite offices in Copenhagen and Oslo.

Responsibilities and skills:

  • Build out our Stockholm Sales Team.
  • Complete and full P&L responsibility over Invibes’ Nordics activities.
  • Lead the prospection efforts with agency and advertiser accounts to develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships with clients.
  • Understand the organisation’s business needs and develop relationships at all levels. Showcase Invibes’s value proposition to groups ranging from Senior Executives, Editors, Product Leads to technical stakeholders, boosting audience, engagement and monetization.
  • Monitor and analyse metrics and proactively take steps to improve results.
  • Be an expert in Invibes’s platform and the benefits advertisers gain by using it.
  • Fully comprehend the technology, revenue ecosystem and client needs/requirements in order to intelligently identify new opportunities.


  • Ability to build and maintain outstanding relationships with a diverse set of internal and external constituencies including senior level executives, legal, technical, finance, sales and marketing.
  • Track record of closing business and driving long and complex sales cycles.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, dedicated, resourceful and creative to ensure your clients receive world class consulting
  • High attention to detail, organised and with strong communication skills
  • Self-starter with the will and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
  • Publisher experience is a plus
