We are now looking for a driven and analytical International Key Account Director to take the responsibility for our international key account customers, both existing and prospects. The International Key Account Director is responsible for creating frame agreements with large international companies. This person is also responsible for the sales volume and follow up on each account. The work means a high degree of cooperation with local management, Sales Directors and Key Account Managers on the different markets were Kinnarps is represented. You will report directly to the Sales Director of Kinnarps AB.
Together with the Sales Director you will on a strategic level plan and develop the international key accounts. You will manage a team of seven International Key Accounts, based around Europe, and need to be able to lead on a distance and meet up with them on a regular basis.
This is a strategic but also an operational role where you will handle your own accounts as well as follow up others. The role is also responsible for:
We believe you have an international business background (B2B) and that you are used to work with large clients and frame agreements on a strategic level. Making business and reaching set goals motivates you, as well as creating and maintaining long lasting customer relationships. The work usually involves long sales cycles, therefore it’s important that you are used to work towards long-term goals, that you are structured and have knowledge within business law. You also need experience from leading on a distance and to work together with your team to achieve goals. We believe you have a university education or equivalent. Furthermore, you are socially skilled, engaged and involved as this is key to your and our future success.

Location: Flexible, but you need to be at Kinnarps HQ on a regular basis.
Travel: Travelling, mainly within Europe, is a natural part of the role.
