Area Sales Manager, Nordics

Unilin Panels Division has a strong market position in the Nordic region. The company offers products with a high degree of added customer value to professional builders, carpenters and shop fitters. Thanks to the strong Unilin brand, well known for quality and innovation, you will work in a very positive environment with potential for strong for continued growth in the Nordic region. To enjoy and thrive, you are already a senior sales person working with B2B sales in an area related to interior decoration. The Nordic region has high priority and a strong growth potential for Unilin Panels Division.

Main tasks and responsibilities

You will further develop and expand the existing business in the Nordics and explore new opportunities through sales towards trade industry with a complete portfolio of high-quality panel solutions. You will support existing dealer network as well as continuously work with identifying and contracting new partners. You are regularly visiting customers and prospects to provide them with the necessary guidance, support and training for their local sales people. An important part of the role will be to analyse and understand the market trends to ensure that Unilin is well positioned to maximize the potential of its product offering. You will cover the Nordic region, which means that you must like extensive travelling in the region as well as attending headquarters in Belgium twice a year. You work from a home-based office in Sweden, in Stockholm, Gothenburg or Malmö metropolitan areas, or in Copenhagen metropolitan in Denmark and report directly to the headquarters in Belgium.

Your background and experience

You have a minimum of 3-5 years relevant sales experience in B2B, ideally working with distributors in the interior construction design industry. Know-how from panels, preferably with a Nordic perspective, is a strong asset.

You have an entrepreneurial and business-oriented mindset. You are a strong relation builder with ability to create trust. You thrive in a context where your personal drive and own initiatives are required to be successful in your role.
