About the role
This is a new role within Ecophon, a combination of different roles put together, and a strategic position in the organisation. With higher demands from customers there is a need for increased business focus, more flexibility and to continuously adapt to changes in the outside world. Internally there is a need for a more proactive cross-functional and project-based way of working throughout the whole organisation and this role will work closely with Plant Managers to implement best practise, LEAN and WCM. Change Management will be in focus.
As Industrial Performance Manager, you are included in the Operations & Supply Chain management group and will report directly to the Operations & Supply Chain Director. The role will have staff responsibility and be located at Ecophon’s site in Hyllinge, outside Helsingborg.
