In line with the growth of its aftersales business, BMW Northern Europe is developing the organization in order to support its customers in the best possible way. As Manager Technical Support and Warranty, you will head two teams of dedicated employees working closely with dealers to ensure a fast, professional and correct handling of issues concerning BMW and MINI.
You will have the overall responsibility to make sure that the provision and coordination of technical support is in place for the service network throughout the region (seven countries) as well as making sure that the warranty policies and procedures are consistent and effective. A major responsibility is to analyze, develop and implement a structured platform for your two areas, so that all technical and warranty issues are being handled efficiently and correctly.
In this important and exciting position, you will be part of an international network where you will be communicating widely and broadly within BMW. You will partner with colleagues throughout the world as well as gaining insights and knowledge at headquarters in Munich. Within the region, you will cooperate closely with local dealers and develop a strong and mutually rewarding presence.
We believe that you would come into this position with a strong background in heading complex support functions for several years, preferably with emphasis on technical and/or financial issues. For you, success is tightly linked to having a reliable structure for everyone to adhere to, and you have successfully implemented new ways of working to this effect.
