HRBP - iZettle

iZettle is on a mission to help small businesses succeed in a world of giants. Founded in Stockholm in 2010, iZettle revolutionised mobile payments with the world’s first mini chip card reader and software for mobile devices. The Position

At iZettle, the HR function consists of 17 dedicated HR professionals divided into teams responsible for talent acquisition, payroll, business partners and HR operations. At the Swedish HQ in Stockholm, you will join two HRBPs who support the Swedish operations consisting of 400 employees and around 50 managers. In close cooperation with the HRBPs in Mexico, Brazil and the UK, you drive strategic HR initiatives throughout the organisation.

In this position, you will mainly work with the corporate functions and the Sales & Marketing team. In all, you will have around 30 managers to support in different HR issues.

Being an entrepreneurial company that grows, iZettle’s managers require support in all HR areas in their daily work as well as having a partner in implementing strategic change. Therefore, being a HRBP at iZettle, a success factor is the ability to work with both perspectives, as you will lead development and implementation of core HR programs into the business as well as being a true change agent and partner with and coach business leaders to facilitate organisation and culture change.

Who are you what do you bring to the table?

We believe that you are a skilled HR professional with several years’ experience within operational and strategic HR. It gives you energy to work closely with managers to develop their teams as well as their personal leadership skills, and you have a proven track record of having been part of building and developing a HR team. You know how to navigate in complex organisations and you thrive in an international and fast-paced environment.
