We are now recruiting a business-oriented and proactive Finance Manager with strong leadership skills to Heras Sweden. The position is full-time and is based in Helsingborg with an overhead responsibility for Norway.

The Finance Manager will be a part of the steering team, having a comprehensive knowledge of key issues across the respective businesses.
You will follow up the planning and control cycle focusing on performance, working capital, cash, portfolio etc.
You will have a strong liaison with CRH Europe Finance in relation to all management and financial reporting matters.
The Finance Manager works closely with the local management team (Country manager, Marketing manager, HR manager and Purchasing manager) and the District managers from our six locations based in Sweden.
You will also drive and contribute to change of mind-set and further improvements according to CRH’s standards.
The Finance Manager leads a team of 5 employees, 2 who reports directly to the Finance Manager, which are based in Helsingborg and at the production site in Ystad.
The job includes travelling to the different districts in Sweden and our sister organization in Norway, and occasionally, to Heras and CRH head offices (mainly the Netherlands).
The position reports to the Finance Director of the Heras Group based in the Netherlands.
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, probably with a major in Controlling, Finance or Accounting. We believe you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role with responsibility for a business of minimum 20 Million Euros turnover.
You have advanced knowledge of reporting, budgeting and forecasting process and you have previously demonstrated the ability to analyze and validate financial and performance data.
You also have a business mind and you are driven to develop and to drive the business forward together with the local management team and used to work as a sparring partner for other departments.
It is important that you have strong leadership skills and that you want to steer and motivate the finance team consisting of 5 employees in a changing environment. You also have a proven ability to deal with multiple stakeholders in an effective manner. The position requires solid knowledge in Accounting and experience in local corporate governance issues.
To be successful as Finance Manager you drive for results and for continuous improvement, i.e. that you have an eye for improving processes and working methods. You also combine a strong attention to detail with strong analytical skills. You are a team player, but self-confident and self-reliable.
Fluency in speaking and writing English and Swedish is a prerequisite for the position. You also have excellent communication skills. You are an experienced user of Excel and it is an advantage if you have experience from project management in IT/IS.
