To further improve and being able to help their clients every step of the way, QleanAir Scandinavia are now looking for a new European Service Manager. The role will be instrumental in improving ways of working within the service function. The service partners are subcontractors around Europe and the Service Manager will work closely together with the service partners and the Technical Sales function to ensure the very best service to QleanAir Scandinavia’s clients.
The position as Service Manager Europe offers a challenging opportunity to be a part of a group of passionate employees in an industry leading international company. You will be a part of the operations team and the Service Manager will be a major contributor in improving ways of working within the European service organization. As the solutions offering from QleanAir is evolving the service manager will be a key player in setting a structure to lead the service partners through these changes. Furthermore, the Service Manager Europe will be responsible for that the service offering is delivered in regards to the agreement and demands of the clients, authorities and other local legislations. The service manager will be responsible for education and follow up on the regional service managers as well as service technicians. The Service Manager will work close with sales to promote excellent collaboration between the two functions. and be responsible to set up and implement instructions, guidelines and manuals to install, serve and in other ways handle the company’s product installments.
