Hutchison Ports Stockholm is currently managing commercial operation of the container terminal located at Frihamnen in central Stockholm. A new port facility is under construction by Stockholms Hamnar at Norvik, Nynäshamn. The new facility will include a container terminal and roll-on roll-off facilities and will replace the Frihamnen terminal as soon as it is open for trade. Hutchison Ports has a 25-year concession to operate the new container terminal from start of operations in May 2020. One of the challenges is to work against tight timelines when it comes to building the organisation and to secure a smooth transition from Stockholm to Nynäshamn.
You will have a pivotal role in delivering the anticipated strong growth of the Swedish operations. The position as CFO is newly established to meet the increased requirements for finance & administration in connection with the significant ramp-up of the organisation and move to the new premises in Norvik in May 2020. You will select and develop your own team and take the overall responsibility for finance, procurement, payroll, pensions administration and property leases.
