We are now growing our EBM team and looking for a senior technical product leader within our Product Development department.

You will have a key role that owns and develops the machine requirement specification to ensure that we meet customers’ needs according to set specification. You will both be the technical owner and the technical project leader of one or more assigned products throughout the whole life cycle. You will be responsible for bringing the product vision to a reality through the project execution and being a facilitator for all the parts involved in the development.

You will have the opportunity to grow the additive technology and work in an innovative agile team where you will have the ability to shape the next generation of Arcam EBM products. You will report to VP for Product Development at Arcam.

We believe you have a strong interest for technology and curiosity to learn and understand complex technical systems including both hardware and software. You are a driven person with highly set targets to innovate, analyze and implement new technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all technical activities and deliveries from the product development team related to any projects or products within your area of responsibility.
• Drive technical prioritization work together with the defined cross functional team of experts and stakeholders.
• Responsible for technical prioritization to run ongoing projects and increment planning.
• Drive the documentational work and own the technical system specification and corresponding subsystem specifications together with the defined cross functional team of experts and stakeholders
• Technical sponsor of ongoing projects within area of responsibility.

Requirements

• Master of science in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of proven track record and experience in a product development role with technical responsibilities.
• Minimum 5 years of proven track record and experience in a leading role within product development or technical product management.
• Experience of leading and working in cross functional matrix organizations.
• Ability to drive complex technical projects within set time, quality and scope
• Willingness and ability to take a strong technical leadership role
• Knowledge and experience of working with lean or agile methods are considered highly appreciated
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and verbally.
