If you are motivated by challenges uniting social corporate responsibility with business minded thinking you could be the person that If Insurance is looking for to lead the Investigation unit for Sweden into the future. The investigation unit is a part of business area private, though they support the whole of If Group and its other business areas with their services. The unit’s main responsibilities are to lead investigations regarding fraud, liability and recourse, they also have the responsibility to provide AML/CTF controls and investigations in addition to other corporate demands. The unit consists of 22 employees situated around Sweden, the role reports to Nordic Head of Investigation and will be part of the Nordic management team within investigation. The role will be based in Stockholm, Sweden.
The position as Head of Investigation Sweden will be a key factor in further developing and lead the transition process of the unit, bringing them into the future of investigations. This will include implementing new ways of analyzing and proactively detect and prevent fraud. In close cooperation with the Nordic management team and the relevant business units challenge and support all of the business areas and customer segments within If in their efforts to avoid, detect and reject fraud. The role will secure a high ethical standard within the team and live up to the standards of consistent, uniform and fair handling of If’s customer. Further on responsible for securing an operational efficiency, balancing the cost and benefits in decision making so that the financial and non-financial targets are met.
