HR Director Sweden - Caverion

Caverion Sweden has about 2 600 employees in 80 locations with a revenue of 4,6 billion SEK (2019). HQ is located at Kungsholmen in Stockholm.

As HR Director at Caverion Sweden you will partner closely with Caverion’s top executives to enable business outcomes through the development and execution of the global strategy. Furthermore, you will contribute to increasing the collaboration between regions and countries, still maintaining a strong local responsibility. You will be driving a proactive and strategic HR agenda with a clear connection to the business strategy. At the same time, you will be responsible to also make things happen on an operational level – both hands-on and through the team.

Other areas of your responsibility:

  • Ensure the right talent and people processes that secure the execution of the strategy
  • Implement talent- and competence management
  • Collaboration with the unions and employee representatives
  • Compensation management
  • Drive the actions that enable wellbeing and safety
  • Develop a high performing organization and employer brand
  • Deliver administrative and transactional HR services
  • Together with the Group develop and implement efficient people management systems, processes and tools
  • Ensure that the Sweden HR Function follows Group’s Governance Principles and Corporate Policies

You will work together with the HR team of 20 persons, of which 12 are reporting directly to you. The team consists of HR business partners, training, recruiters, payroll, negotiation and quality, safety and sustainability. You will report to Head of Division and in matrix to Group Head of HR and Safety.

  • Experience from a HR Director level or relevant experience in broad HR role
  • Proven track record of leading a professional HR team
  • Experience of driving change in close collaboration with the business
  • Experience from building a top performing culture and management team as well as an engaged organization
  • Experience from industry union agreements and collaboration with unions
  • Master level academic degree
