The position as Senior HR Business Partner gives you the opportunity to enable change and growth by partnering with the senior leadership teams within Airline Operations to ignite our culture, build capabilities, boost employee experience, and deliver on our people promise to become the employer of choice. We welcome you to a strategic and business-oriented position delivering professional and scalable HR support across the business unit alongside centralized HR Shared Service Center, COE’s and Industrial Relations.
As Senior HRBP you are a member of the business unit Airline Operations HR Leadership team as well as a member of the Business Unit L2 Leadership Team.
You have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration and/or related. We are looking forward meeting your previous experience in driving culture, purpose, and transformation in a multi-country organization. You have successful experience working as HR Business Partner with senior leadership teams/coaching senior stakeholders in a dynamic operational environment, preferable with production elements.
You have a minimum of 6 years in a business facing HR role and a proven track record of successful HR execution in a multinational context. You have worked in a service or transport organization with complex industrial relations landscapes in large complex companies building a strong business acumen.
